Jelly Jumpers is a timing action game that has you tapping on the screen which’ll have your little jelly jumper jump from rotating bumper to bumper. Between these jumps you can also collect coins and gems that’ll unlock new features. This is all played out in a endless-jumper kind of way where the only way that the level ends is if you mess up your jumping and plummet past the bottom of the screen.
I’m going to be frank, Jelly Jumpers is dull. This past week I found myself flying to an island which was about a seven hour flight (each way) and chose this as one of my flying games. Here’s the thing…Jelly Jumpers should be fun. The controls are great, the visuals are vibrant and cute, there’s tons of customization from powering up your jumper to the visuals of the game and even daily level objectives. In the end I happily put down this game and perused SkyMall.
The Bottom Line: 5/10 (Mediocre)
Jelly Jumpers is full of cuteness and customization…but sadly the fun factor is underwhelming.
